    well this is my second box that ive designed, ive helped build a few small boxes but never anything this big. i think the biggest Ive built was about 2 cubic feet.

    i should have said that those were my maximum measurements, i probably could go higher but not safely because 22 inches goes above my seat, if it wasnt for my spare tire i could probably go like 40 inches wide. i was also thinking of inverting them but like i said i think it may block my back window.

    damn let me see what i can do to boost the box volume, other wise does everything else seem fine, make sure you do like double baffle sub plate and dont be shy with braces.. always use wood glue.. and liquid nails if u wann aget a reall good seal inside right i'm planning on using 3/4 birch for walls and sides, and hardwood for moldings and bracing. planning on using titebond 2 for holding together the baffles and to seal up where the walls meet

    yeah, or the people that think drilling a hole in a sealed box makes it ported .but i think i may try to swap to 4.5 inches wide on the port or something like that to see if i can get a bit of volume back.

    other information, the subs will be seeing 500 watts until i can upgrade my electrical to handle 1900 watts. and the box will have a double baffle, it will be mounted on the outside and then made flush with 3/4 moldings

    i just designed this box for two 15 inch woofers. there arent really any box specs for them besides the technical specs which i don't understand so any help would be appreciated tumult 15" d4 specs here

    the only thing that sucks is their version has the 2.5 in it instead of the 4.0, but id be interested in just changing the front cap on mine if i could find the parts

    i dont currently have a kenwood deck but my dads company-truck had a double din with nav and the Bluetooth and i liked it, when my dad wanted it set,it was very easy to work with. he never had any issues with it besides the back up camera.

    i tell you what its a good way to make sure the woofer wouldn't come out, i had to pry it out with a screw driver

    lol thanks for the offer. at-least i can pick up some extra cash doing side jobs. i usually make about 100 bucks a month but when i can pick up side jobs i can make 500 bucks a week sometimes
