Stock grill are just horizontal bars, but I have a denali grill I put on there, which Ill remove and sell to anyone that wants... This one is just a black denali grill and requires me to remove the stock grill instead of a layover so the logo disappears.

From the looks of the situation your gain was definitely set improperly and it was way too high. You probably just clipped the shit out of the coil and over time it just thermally could take less and less until it smoked. As for clean power and dirty power from different amps, I wouldn't really expect you of all people to say that accordman, atleast without providing some evidence. Hopefully you can show some proof?

Well its somewhat an eye for an eye because he asked me to help him install his system a while ago and everything was flawless and I did a god damn good job too, until it came to the indash installation. Some fucking Jensen flip out, so I told him I really don't have any experience and I rather not, but he said just try anyways. So I tried and needless to say everything just went to shit and his entire radio stopped working and then the next day his entire car did not start. So he was like yeah we are even but still, I think his alarm is what drained his car, not the TV.

Yeah I was really really good friends with him but just after that incident Im kind of pissed.

You can't have any, but 35 is the safest and least noticeable but still gets the job done at the same time. I just test my luck with 15, its noticeable as fuck.

Ill take pictures tomorrow. I got rid of the peel for the most part, its just kind of a rough edged line where the tint ends now since it was difficult to cut in such small space. I just gotta hope it wont start to peel. Damn.

That really sucks, going to cost alot, plus I don't even know what type of film or exact % was under the 5% I have over it.

So I just got my car tint over tint on my car and it was all great and everything was going fine, other than the usual couple bubbles, until my friend rolled down the window several times after I fucking told him not to. Needless to say, it is started to peel a verryyyy small amount of the bottom. I took box cutters and tried to clean it up the best I could where it wouldn't show on the window line on the other side, and I did a decent job, but I am still worried. Is there any liquid/glue/water solution I can run over this just to ensure it sticks and doesnt straight up curl up when the window goes down? Thanks.

Driver/Passenger is 5% over 15%. Rest of car is 5% over 5%. The windshield is 15%. At night with the 15% on the windshield At night picture taken through top of the sunroof.

Wow I was looking high and low for headlight covers like that for the 03-06 Escalades. Never found them. Now Im looking for some for 07 Yukon, but do you know where he got those covers? Sorry to jack the thread.

To safely do it all you need is alot of time, lighter fluid, and fishing line. It also depends on your vehicle. For example, I know Ford logos are actually riveted into the car in some way so you need body work to remove those. But if its just double sided tape then use fishing line and then douse the residue in lighter fluid, thankfully the car is brand new so it soaked in easily and I could roll it off with my thumbs, but for the older stuff alot of picking with your finger nails is required.
