i have 140,000 on my tacoma can i switch to synectic? i heard storys that its not good on the seals and that you have to switch right when your vehicle is new. any input?

lolwut? thats what it said on the paper when i got my sub from them. they said no bass boost.

alright ill give them a call. i know there going to say oh well its nuthing bad if you have your gains set right. but then again it makes you wonder when ficaraudio states that youll void the warranty if you use a bass knob.

the amp is a fosgate t1k. its a bass boost at 45hz. i really never saw anything wrong with it but someone told me it clips the signal really bad. but it is nice to have the bass control to control how much bass you want for each song. ja know? and i matched the bass control all the way up with the gain on the amp.

ive always used a bass knob. i match the gain with the knob all the way up. im i still creating a dirty signal with my bass knob? would it just be better to take the knob off and reset my gains?

i think us bass heads should get our own month to represent the history of car audio. this needs to be in the classrooms across the usa teaching about car audio. who thinks this is a good idea lol?
