I got a 92 240sx, I hear u can get alt from a nissan quest and its almost bolt in. It will do 100 amps compared to 80 stock. U should do big 3, it helped on my car. I went to my local alt rebuilder, he said u can't do too much to stock alt & recommended a different alt with custom bracket. I just got a cs144 out of caddy in junkyard and plan on trying to make a custom bracket. It doesn't look really hard to do. I should b starting the mod this weekend. Ill let u know how it goes -
Looks like something I would buy. Can't wait to c a video of how it works. I only hook up like 1 amp a month for people but I think. I would get good use out of it. Cost for it is somewhat important but I realize quality electronic equipment does cost some $.

I runnin supposedly. 2700 rms with all big wires upgraded good. Stock 80 amp(for now) alt. 1 deka agm under hood. I get bout 1 min full tilt till I see low 12'! Then I turn down. Cruising on highway, will play bout full volume for 45 min and lowest goes to 13.0 for drive to grandmas for christmas dinner

How much port? Dd recommends 16 per foot. I got bout 16.5 per net foot. Its just the first box I made for it, ill prolly try another 1 next month or so, but I'm pretty much maxed out on box size to get it in the car.

Yes, sealed on the dash, db drag style. I had that solo for 11 years now & only ran it in sealed box @ 1000rms. U had any experience using them ported? Most people say not to, but I heard of some people doing it

Just tested on my friends meter last night. 150.6 @ 43 and 145 @ 34hz. Seems to be averaging upper 149 with occassional 149-150 on music. But can only play full tilt bout 50 seconds bfore my voltage starts to drop to 12.2, so I turn it down. Sounds loud to me for 1 fifteen and 1 amp. Especially with the selenium mids to back it up

He sold me a dd9515 & it arrived fast and good condition. Love the sub so far. He answered my emails and questions quickly. Would deal with him again.

I got 70 inches which equals like 16.5 per cubic foot. That's what dd recommends, but I am open to opinions on what would actually work better

The duals??? Ya they were in my wifes car but I couldn't stand listening to them so I had to take them out. Hit pretty good on rap but very inaccurate for rock music so I use them in my warehouse for extra thump.
