Post Your Typing Speed
Bass4Lyfe replied to finkster's topic in Off Topic - Random, Misc posts - the forum "Junk Drawer"
Your speed was: 91wpm. You made 3 mistakes, your mistakes are shown in bold text: IN MERRY ENGLAND in the time of old, when good King Henry the Second ruled the land, there lived within the green glades of Sherwood Forest, near Nottingham Town, a famous outlaw whose name was Robin Hood. No archer ever lived that could speed a gra goose shaft wtih such skill and cunning as his, nor were there ever such yeomen as the sevenscroe merry men that roamed with him through the greenwood shades. Right merrily they dwelled within the depths of Sherwood Forest, suffering neither care nor want, but passing the time in a merry games of archery or bouts of cudgel play, living upon the King's venison, washed down with draughts of ale of October brewing. -

if it's a trunk car make sure you use sound deadner or wall it off and fire into the cabin (seatsd folded down) ... but either way i've heard good things about type rs. congrats on the car!! -
Okay so this is a STPUID quesiton but why would you guys want more than 1 battery? Everyone has it and I'm just wondering. I mean, the system is only playing when the car is ON so wouldn't alternators cover it? Wouldn't the only reason to have >1 battery be to play it for hours when the car is off? Haha thanks

So as you all know by now, because I've posted like 200 topics on this, I've installed an alarm recently. I've gotten NOTHING but trouble ... my car wouldn't even turn over this morning! Did a bit of amateur testing and realized my battery was dead. I did leave the headlight switch on overnight, but my car turns the headlights off automatically .... unless they wired the alarm wrong. But there is not a good chance of this because I SPECIFICALLY remember all lights being off after arming last night. In the morning, clicking noises come from the vehicle and it will not turn over. Could I have wire chafing somewhere that caused a short? Is it the remote starting system? Should I do that test (after charging battery tonight) where I put a test light in between battery and negative wire and see if it lights up and remove fuses? Thanks ... getting VERY frustrated with this new alarm ...
