well my magnents came in today. they are 1/4"x1/4". they will certainly work. they are strong enough to go through 8 layers of a fleece blanket. i am surprised how strong they are. i am hoping within the next month i can start making the cover. it is supposed to get damn cold here in ohio this next week. -

Would This Work

i figured it would. i am mainly building it so my son will stop throwing food and socks down my port. my truck smelled like open ass until i took out my old box. i found some chicken nuggets, a apple core, some socks and a pair of shoes of his that i have been lookin for for 5 months. i thought about just making a bug cover for the subs and port too so when i go to shaddy areas i can cover it up. i will keep everyone posted when the magnents come and i start building them -
i plan on making a grill cover for my box to cover the port. i ordered these to hold it on. https://www.kjmagnetics.com/proddetail.asp?prod=D44 my question is would they be strong enough to hold the grill to the box when i go full tilt or should i just take the grill off. i am also thinking about making the grill big enough to cover the subs and port. i plan on doing 6 on the box and 6 on the grill frame.

so today i hooked up and set up my dtv convertor box. all i got to say is i hope ti picture is alot better in a couple weeks when the switch is in full affect. a few station here are digital already and even they look like scrambled porn. it is snowy and just crappy. i hope it is just because the switch did not happen yet. i dont have the money to afford cable or sat. i tried moving my antenna around and it did nothing for the picture. i rent so i cant put a roof mounted one up either. has anyone tried there boxes yet? if so how did the picture look?

most insurance companies offer a multi car discount. i save roughly $120 a year having 3 cars on my policy. -

kinda. you want one with decent pre-out voltage. i always look for one with a high pass filter built into the radio. it helps with distortion. -

the specs seem to be pretty good. the sensitivity is pretty high and the freq responses should work good. -

cleveland ohio really doesnt have any as far as i know. the only place really to be seen and cruise is the flats but it is a bunch of bars downtown and sucks. -

it makes a huge difference. a few other db drag people will agree with me. my system is louder on a 70 degree day than on a 90 degree. but, i have noticed that my voltage is alot better after my truck sits over night right now. last night is was 19 degrees where i am. when i started my truck up i let it warm up. my voltage gauge read 14.7 volts. in the summer i am lucky if i see any higher than 14.3 when my truck warms up.
