Revenge Of Frosty
Audiobahnaholic replied to suburban ant's topic in Off Topic - Random, Misc posts - the forum "Junk Drawer"
You could wire a 220 Plug to the metal frame like you were talking, and plug it in then when they go to smash this on it will knock them on their ass. I don't know what a direct short would do to your house though. I would assume after a few seconds it would pop the breaker and be useless. You could hook it up to a car battery but 12v wouldn't hurt bad enough. -
I must agree with twigz on this one. I mean look at Soulja Boy. He's a hit lately and if you go buy his album EVERY song on it has been out for atleast a year but all the mainstreamers have never heard it. If it wasn't for Soundclick.com and bootlegging Soulja Boy would still be underground. I hate this crap. Also, for everyone who likes Soulja Boy he was cool in late 2005-2006 NOT NOW!!!! /Rant

For power it will be either Hifonics XXV line or Orion. I've never been let down by either company so I'm sticking with them. I'm leaning more toward the Orion 2500's because they are rated at 13.8, but I love my Hifonics amps too. I don't know I'm thinking wall but I got to look into power options also.

I've decided for my next setup I'm running DC Audio Subwoofers. I've came to a problem though. Should I go with cone area or less area ported? I've been trying to decide between two setups. So help me out here. Keep in mind all boxes will be built to specs and electrical will be sufficient. Setup # 1: 4 DC Audio Level 4 10's Running off a T4K or equivelant Box will replace my backseat, as I have a trunk car, amps and batteries in trunk. OR Setup #2: 6 DC Audio Level 3 15's Running off 6 Orion HCCA-D1200's (3 strapped pairs - 1200 watts per 2 subs) in a wall at the B pillar.

Don't even worry about that crap. Winter summer it doesn't matter. Just like Thursday I shut my car off with the deck at volume 25. At 4 when I went to leave we'd gotten 3 inches of snow, never turned it down or anything. My Orion amp and Sony Xplod is still working flawless. It might not be the best for it but It's def. not going to hurt it. Missouri weather FTL, go into work with no snow, come out with 3 inches.

You can run shorter RCA's that way. Instead of needing 4 20 footers he would need 1 long one and 3 2 footers. It's just a line output. It doesn't change the signal in anyway, like a master/slave setup does. Pretty much a splitter.

It needs new paint. I didn't like it when I got it done but never messed with it. It's 9' from Axle to Axle and 4" off the ground. 20" Tires and Wheels, Promax MT. Bike Disc Brakes, 3 Regular Bike Chains put together (only one master link). It's got enough flex in the tubing that it rides smooth (designed that way, no worries). Needs more work, but I haven't got around to it. I'm wanting to build another one that's shorter framed, longer forks, and about 5" off the ground.

My guess is that he has a problem with RF and Fi. So He came at you for the RF side and Nick for the Fi side. My guess would be that he tried an Fi sub on an RF amp and didn't have any luck. As to his I did the same score, was that below the window line, and with the ability to seat 5 comfortably? Probably not. Guys that hate like that never have the balls to give all the details. Fuck Him life goes on.

I know most of us have seen the Movie ATL. Well I have been on a search for a song and cannot find it. I want the song that is playing in Big Boi's truck when he pull up to the school and Ant says: "Are those 24's" and he says Those 28's Boy where ya ruler?" I play the dvd in my car all the time and when I get to that part that song pounds like a motherfucker. Hook me up with a name and artist PLEASE.

Big 3 Alt Pictures N Questions
Audiobahnaholic replied to ARMYSGT_D's topic in Electrical-battery- Alternators- Wiring
Run your battery Pos to Alt pos. Run it to that stud coming out of the alt. Take that nut off, slide your 1/0 ring terminal or whatever your big 3 wire is onto the stud reinstall nut, tighten. Simple as that! Let me go take a picture of mine. EDIT: -

Buy Me!!! -
Up for sale is a Pioneer DEH-16. I acquired this headunit then I purchases my JVC. I am tired of seeing it sit around. It is in working order with your normal wear. Ie. Minor scratches, and such. The Headunit comes with the cage, and the wiring harness. I don't have any manuals or things of that nature. I am looking for $80 shipped but I am very negotiable. Pics:
