A battery isolator if you just want the one battery on the monoblock. Parallel if not. -

capacitors do more harm than good. do the big 3 upgrade first and if that doesn't help get a small XS battery for the trunk or a big XS battery for the front in place of the stock battery -

I use kicker hyper flex. Its real easy to work with and extremely flexible. -

ok. the battery is old so ill just replace it with an XS power and probably put a small XS (D975) in the back EDIT: Forgot to say thanks. so THANKS! -

anyone? I'm going to be upgrading my big 3 to 0 gauge probably this weekend. I would like some more opinions before I spend the money on an alt. -

its a 2006 hummer h3. alt is 100 amps i think. im running about 1100 watts rms (amp + hu) at 1 ohm it usually drops to the mid 11s and a few times the entire stereo cut off for a few seconds edit: man I cant type today =( -
my voltage is randomly dropping while driving. I usually play my system at about half volume. big 3 is done in 4 gauge.. I didn't have any 0 gauge at the time. I do plan on upgrading to 0 gauge alternator is stock the only battery I have is an optima yellow top under the hood my question is, should I get a bigger alternator or another battery? Ideally I would get 2 XS D3100s and a 325 amp singer alternator but money is an issue. System is in my sig

Hey guys, let me start off by saying im no professional at this or anything, and the build isn't the biggest (yet!) Ok so here we go! 2006 Hummer H3 2 Alpine R 12s Kenwood KAC-9104D Custom built dual chamber box tuned to 38hz Pioneer AVIC-D3 Headunit Big 3 in 1/0 gauge I should have gotten more pictures but I was excited about getting it built =P The Build (3 pics) My grandpa and I have been building stuff together for years and we did this too This is what it looks like in the H3 Headunit
