Post pictures of your nice dual 12" enclosure for us, I'd like to see it, what are the specs on it? If I were you I would pick up two Sundown SA-12's and also pick up one of their 1500D V.2 amplifiers. Just make sure your electrical is up to par (grab a good front battery, Big 3, and volt meter).

Sorry just personal preference on equipment and yes the BC2000D does do rated, I just don't wanna wire it down to 0.25 ohms and have it rise to 1 ohm in order to get rated power.... This amplifier is going to eventually burp my Warden 12" and I need 2K clamped, for now I am going to baby it and let it power my two DC level 2 8's! So I take it you're looking for something that's under rated? Also, bdcp. Yeah I guess I am looking for something under rated, lol. BDCP would be cool, but are the CP's 0.5 ohm stable? And When I think of RF I think of $$$$ I'd like to pay under $400

I'm looking for a nice 2K amplifier, considered the the Crescendo BC200D but it takes a little bit of coaxing to get the full 2K. I am looking for 2K amps from Sundown, IA, DC, AQ. Please no lanzar, kicker, alpine, hifonics, etc......

Its funny how the law abiding citizens always get penalized for the actions of morons. In this situation here: "Lowering the speed limit". What in the hell is lowering the speed limit going to do? The person that was responsible for causing the accident was intoxicated. Making rules for drunk people to follow isn't a very safe bet because chances are they more than likely won't follow them.

I saw something on youtube once where a guy had Kicker logo's all over his car, competed pretty regularly and was doing over a 160 using Solo X 18's and I'm not sure what amplifiers. But in the description for the video he said something like "Kicker is a bunch of jerks" and someone explained that Kicker wouldn't give him a sponsorship. Just my 2 cents

IMO even though the yellow top may have better specs, even "smaller" XS power batteries would probably way out perform the yellow tops. Do you have any buddies with XS power batteries that you could try out?

Hmmm XS power ftw?! Try one of their batteries out! You shouldn't have that much drop with a 200 amp alternator!

2006 Hyundai Tiburon GT (hatchback), did you ever do a design for dual DC level 2 8's?

I saw them yesterday, they look BA. I am just picking these up for fun though, if I wanted to be completely serious with an 8" driver build I would pick up the SA's or these Skar's.

I am buying two of these tomorrow from a buddy to just give me something to do If you run this set up can you give me some specs about your system (what amps? How much power?), the dimensions and tuning of your enclosure, and the results (TL?). Any info is appreciated, thanks!

I would play it at half tilt for a few days just to give it a chance to loosen up the suspension, then lay it to that bad boy I'm sure it will still be nice and loud at half tilt It would probably be fine without a break in period but I still wouldn't chance it....

Not sure if I interpreted the Term Lab correctly...but 76 hertz? damn! Great score nonetheless!
