Thank you ... and Your ride can if you work on it !!! My component amp can make 150w per channel at 50 htz ... on plenty of battery power ... I enjoy making more sound with less equipment ... and hear everything with my bass too ...

optimize your doors first ... Deadning, driver alignment, and adequate power ... and if it was me, I'd up my budget a bit for this ... just sayng ... My 6.5" drivers hit so hard that I'm having to brace my doors soon ... yes they are playing LOW frequiencies ...

I guess you could or might consider my enclosure to be a T-Line ... considering I have 80 inches of tuning port ...

I know ALOT less about car audio than I thought lol..they are bandpass? and how are you controlling them thru your headunit? I'm getting a 3sixty.3, I thought that is what thats for? sorry for all the questions I bought a headunit with those features to not to have too many devices between my source unit and my speakers ... every device(no matte what it is) is a loss of signal of some type ... My headunit of choice is the Kenwood DEX9980HD ...

A/B is just more effiencent and better sound quality correct? better sound quality ... not as efficient as class D, but not much a factor on full bandpass ... Class A/B amps provide more headroom ... this counts the most to me ... making them worth every penny ...

If your amps have that feature ... then yes ... but I control ALL crossover setting through my headunit ... My amps are all bandpass with no gain adjustment ...

I'm TOTAL class A/B guy in ALL of my recommendations ...

tweeter amp - no more that 75 x2 really needed to sound good and loud ... midbass driver amp - 150 x2 or better should be needed to get those frequiencies out ... I am a Sound Quality Audiophile type Guy ... I think of better sound and loud at the same time ... I'm not a guy that wants my bass drounding out my mids and highs ... So I recommend to sound loud and clear ... not loud and obnoxious ...

it doesen't have to be premanent ... just when people ride back there ... This is the mian reason why I cut into my back wall ... the kids destroy my amp rack, I can just imagine what the would do if my subs were down there ...

looks like it would work ... I say give it a shot ... Trial and error ...

like the ones on my doors ... They are 8" driver grilles ...
