Well after I read the little tut on how to build a T-line I thought I would give it a try. So after following everything I came up with a T-line tuned to about 38hz. With a constant 32 sq inches of port through out. So tell me what you guys think.

Thanks but that tuning was right wasnt it? because its different lengths depending if its a slot port or not and I assume that is because it uses the sides of the box for the sides of the port

Usually you can go under Control Panel and click on Sounds And Audio Devices and you can check a box in there that will show the visual on the screen that youre talking about

Well I designed this box for 4 12 inch kicker CVRs for the rear on an explorer. I just wanted to get your guys input on the design and make sure everything is right. The box has (2) 4.45622 cf chambers, 2 subs per chamber. Each chamber is tuned to 32 hz with a port slot port 16.375 inches wide by 2 inches in height and 6.43 inches long. So I used a calc to calc out the port and it told me with a slot port that that is the right length so I was just wondering if someone could double check it for me thanks

I'd send it back because what probably happened is someones box right next to your friend was probably suppose to get two and he ended up getting one because your friend got the 2 amps. So now that guy is probably out of an amp because when he calls them and say he got 1 they check inventory and see that they did send out the right amount of amp and he could be lying. I would just send it back, it's the right thing to do.

Um I would just say since you shift it all the way to the left it cuts off the power to the right speakers there fore leaving more power for the sub to take from the amp Im not sure though
