i guess they could last as long as you dont get stupid with gains and bass boost....but idk i have never had or heard these subs b4....but IMO first glance they cheap like a waste of time.

i have the alpine CDE-9852 deck for sale....or maybe trade!! but i bought it brand new for 210$ bout 7months ago....and it was only used for bout 5months..... it has the flip down faceplate and it is in great shape and comes w everything but the original box (i cant find it) and the faceplate case (cant find that either) but if i do find it i will throw it in the box!!! the price for it is 120$shipped and if you want the amp that im sellin as well im askin 220$shipped for both deck and the amp! just send me a PM and ill answer any questions!! here is a pic....this the only one i have on my photobuck but if you do want more just ask and ill snap some for you when i get home!!!

i used a DMM and the sub that gets hot on one side read a steady 2.0 and the other side was jumpin from a 1.9-2.2......and the sub that doesnt get hot was reading a steady 1.1 on both sides!!

They are running of my Rockford T1000.1bd @ 1ohm.....1600rms 800each....and yea they are the same wire its all rockford wireing as well!!i just dont get it....im stumped!

only one of gets hot....and that is the one that i can smell.....and i thought it was glue at first too....but then it got strong!that is y i got worried.....if they are heating up then both of em should heat up equally.

i get there gonna smell....but shouldnt both of em get hot and smell?? not just one of em.....and besides that they the lvl5 coil they shouldnt even be working.
