  1. I have a comment. Stop saying holla.
  2. refurb amps from good companies are fine. my rockford is a refurb, eat dirts zx1000 is a refurb, both run fine and are amazing amps.
  3. i think winiso does that too,,,plus winiso is free.
  4. Okay...if they're for the right price, I might try and pick up like 2-4 of them and do somethin big...
  5. How much for those bd1500s? Me and eat dirt will take a few off your hands for sure!
  6. I sure as hell hope youre turboing it. That's the first thing I'm doing to mine.. Other than that your civic's pretty tricked...All the ideas I'm thinking of that you might be planning are too rice for your tastes..
  7. Get the 2500 one, you'll be able to get a cleaner 2000 watts with that. (Meaning you can push the amp less hard, therefore less distortion)
  8. They wouldn't handle 10k. I dunno where you heard that. Steve gives his around 4-5k, but it's a real clean signal, backed up by plenty of batteries/alts. They're rated at 2k watts, they will definitely respond to that.
  9. I've read repeatedly that it's literally impossible for decks to put out as much as they claim. I'm sure there are some that can, but the majority won't do what they say...But link me to anything that will prove me wrong, I don't mind being pwned haha.
  10. Two things: 1. No deck puts out more than 16-18 watts, despite what they all say. 2. Do you know the meaning of a high pass filter?
  11. x2 peak means nothing. don't pay any attention to it.
  12. I wouldn't run anything less than 12 cubes net. 13 is more ideal.
  13. I have my gains set at 45/65 volume. So sometimes I'm up in the low 50's for a quieter song. 55 i guess is my nono zone.
  14. AudioControl makes some real good ones. Basically it takes and boosts your signal, up to 13v max.
  15. it means that you can recone them to a different VC config.
  16. Sorry I didn't get back to you on this, I posted these up in a new thread. But yes they are still for sale. I thought this thread was dead haha
  17. You just gotta use an ammeter to figure that out. I have the same amp, but it's sitting in my garage at the moment, so I couldn't tell ya.
  18. I posted this up a while back, but now I've cleaned the car out and have some quality pictures of it. Specs: 5.3l V8 leather interior 104k miles, runs really strong and sounds great! 3rd row seat. Full power, cruise control. Let me know if you have any questions or if anyone is interested. I'm located near Los Angeles. Asking $12,995 OBO.
  19. if you happen to have saved the manual for the h/u, it will tell you in there.
  20. i've always set my gains at 3/4 the volume. This way, if one song has a lower volume recording than another, I have enough room to turn it up. Try it that way and see what you think. Oh, I dunno if you turned your bass boost or bass eq back up or not, but try that too.
  21. But the amps never draw that much power to begin with, and its not a constant draw. That's what the battery is there for. The amps drain it, the alt charges it back up. If the amp drew 150 amps the fuse would be blowing. That alt would definately be an improvement.
  22. x2 i like memphis amps, but theyre normally real overpriced.
  23. you don't know this little prick... theres good reasons why we're not helping him.
  24. haha the fact that he asked if walls are legal in ohio gave him away too.
