    yes in a ported box depending on how low u tune it the lows would be louder and it would get alittle more louder with the windows down and the back seats down

    ur not gonna find many subs for that price range...or power range i mean i can find maybe 1 12'' with double the power range for $200 or so but $200 for 2 subs...only ones i can think of are kicker comps and RF P1's
