it was all set by my cousin who does set ups, however ive had the same setup for soo many years with the same gain settings and never had this problem, from my 2 400rms 12" pioneers to my L7 n now the cvx does this...

everything is set ok, it was playing without that sound for the last 2 weeks and only began today, when i push in the cone it feels smooth n good, only problem is that rattling sound coming from it which i can only hear at low volumes when the bass hits..

tuned to 30hz L port dimensions are 16x18x40

ill have to take it out and inspect the sub in the morning, gain n everything seems fine...
