  1. Thats sick 4 18" T3 TSNS's! Damn, Subs up port back or you walling those beasts? Arent the new ones the boogie monsters or something? I saw a pic and almost cried lol Wish I had the money for this and dident just buy other things...DAMN!!!!!
  2. Do you plan on walling this? And how many cubic feet do you have?
  3. Usually takes a day or 2 depending on the temp that its setting in. The warmer the better. I had mine sitting overnight in 30 degree weather and it was about half way dry and then too it and let it sit out in the sun that day and that night after work it was dry and ready to do and super smooth!
  4. Why are you selling them? The subs are insane and probally as insane as it gets! More cone area?
  5. I dont know man. Im not giong to argue with you but I know guys with 30+ door speakers and 6 15"s that will do ja 155+ on the meter and they can barely even keep up with the bass. Got a friend with 2 18"s and 4 10" EV's 8 6.5"s and vocals are still drowned out by the bass by far. I have 2 12"RD Sonances possibly giong back to my Fi SSD's and 4 Dayton 6.5"s in my front doors and 100 watts to each one and as soon as I turn the bassknob up they struggle to keep up with the subs. I think they are giong to sound really good but deffintally not giong to be albe to go nuts on the bassknob. But I havent seen or heard the car where you have so Ill have to take your word.
  6. Well I beg to differ but im not getting into it. I use speakers such as Beyma, O2, etc and have awesome sq and get stupid loud
  7. I deffinitally agree. That resin is good! I would resin the whole box for strenght and I got a a db and a half out of it due to a smoother surface in the box to help create more air flow.
  8. Cone area their is nothing like it, moveing all that air! But you have to have the box space and then some and a good design and then your giong to be killer. I sat in a truck with a lot of 12"s lets say that and a beast fromt he east with 6 15" SoundStream XXX and how they move a crap load of air. Those are sick daily setups when you have so much cone area and an insane box that you basically feel like your sitting in a hurricane of air movement
  9. Doors sound sick, But deffinitally dont think they are giong to be able to keep up anywhere near 8 18"s and a crap load of RockFord power.
  10. I would do 2 18" Solo X's or maybe 4 12"s or if you have deffintally more than enough box space 4 15" L7's off of 2 2500.1's
  11. Honestly I would go with something like this. 80hz and down for subs, would set midbass speakers around 80-500 and them mids/vocals to 500-2000 and the your tweets up on your amps. Ive always had anything thats not bass or midbass on high pass. You dont want bass going to your mids and highs.
  12. They deffinitally are beastly and nutty looking!
  13. Its a hard lesson learned. Its just like how I leanred to use my hand to keep the drill on track and for it to not pop out and go through the cone again
  14. No idea to be honest. Its happened everytime I see him. Today he pulled up late because his amp blew. The day before the biggest show of last year the same thing happens. This is like the 3rd time too.
  15. Your truck moves an insane amount of air! Really hope I get to see it again tomorrow. On a side note, are you, your truck, and family going to florida permanantly?
  16. Already had said it. Cooler subs and cooler amps and fully charged batts with higher voltage gives you more power and higher score!
  17. I use goldwave to slow down songs and what not but cant save them because it says I need an MP3 encoder. I download it and it still doesent work or anything. Any help please. Need a song done for tomorrow's comp.
  18. Yeah I lost around 3-4 on my Jeep, I took it off, my bro Suburban and my Friends Durango sounded sick with it due to a V8 and a cherry bomb but gas mileage suffered horribly due to lack of backpressure that the muffler makes.
  19. 6 12" L7's Walled The Legendary Beast From Da East Came to shut everything down. My friends 4 15" Memphis Mojo's 2008 Version. http://s233.photobucket.com/albums/ee76/Pa...nt=100_3188.flv Beast and his insane flex. Camera barley showes any of what it does. It honestly moves a good 2"+ http://s233.photobucket.com/albums/ee76/Pa...nt=100_3186.flv http://s233.photobucket.com/albums/ee76/Pa...nt=100_3184.flv My Friend Eddie in the Beast. He had no idea what he was walking into! http://s233.photobucket.com/albums/ee76/Pa...nt=100_3187.flv More Videos to come tomorrow, and supposibly a good amount of head to head battles along with spl meters.
  20. I know its slowed down a hair but anyone know the name of this song? http://s233.photobucket.com/albums/ee76/Pa...nt=100_3188.flv Thanks
  21. Got a demo of the beast! Holy SH!T!!! When he demoed it he dident even have the mids and vocals turned up. Those front doors are just isane but the bass! oh my dear god. Talk about roof flexx and a system that moves so much air that its basically ripping your shirt off your back. But not once does it at all start to distort. Those SoundStream XXX are no joke!!!!!!
  22. The only .5 ohm amp I know is the model that mmats makes, but they dont make a 3500 watt rms one. They have a new 4000 watt amp out but its not 1 ohm and only compeitors can get it. You may have to stick with 2 ohm. Or you could take my suggestion which im doing. Strap 2 PA 3000ab's and get over 4000 watts rms at 2 ohm.
  23. You can wire to .5, 2, or 8 ohm. Looks like you have to stay with 2 ohm amps unless you get 2 dual 4 ohm subs.
  24. Oh I love subs like that. Thats sick!
