    thats pretty much what ive been doing this whole time. but ive seen them setup both ways seen steves has the honda port bottom subs top and then there was a guy with the s10(red) and he had it port top subs bottom so im a little confused. thanks though.

    yea i have the back seat. so i would need the port at the top? so it would be ok to have the subs on bottom. sorry for all the questions i just dont know so thats why im asking

    hmmm so..... ok i have 2 18 fi btl fully loaded whats the min. distance i should have the sub from the back of the box. the reason i ask is because im building a wall in my 04 blazer and the back window curves and its like 12-15in at the top and works its way to 28in at the tail gate. k i know this is in the wrong section if i ask this but would it be better if the subs were at the top and the port bottom or the opposite?

    another question i have the subs wired parralel ++ -- ++-- then out to the amp ++-- the subs are dual 2 would that make it .5ohm

    alright so no bass knob and the bass boost all the way down i cant turn it off it has a thing like for the gain that just turns . the knob that i have is for the gain though? is that the same thing?

    i have a hifonics brutus 1206d i believe it is but its 1200rms. i was reading on the net and it says if i turn the bass boost up that it goes to like 67hz or something. so i was wondering where the bass boost should be at. and also what exactly it does and why it raises the hz

    alright fo show haha. going to draw out all the plans tonight and try and get started on it a.s.a.p. just waiting till the end of the month. i guess rf is going to have a sell so thats when ill order the amps no point to spend money that i dont have to. ya know haha. plus i wanna take my time and do the box right.

    well ill pretty much be having the same setup as meade but not four 18s and four t40001bd. ill have 2 18s and 2 t40001bd. i want it to be able to hit all of the frequencies on music. my buddies have some boxes they built itll hit like on the higher freq. but as soon as it starts to drop they lose it.
