  5. here, (in georgia), we only have one license that covers all forms or firearms carry. and yes, i have one and OC everywhere i go.
  6. finally picked up a 1911. Rock Island m1911 A1 nice weapon, come with shado leather holster, serpa level 2, 2 stainless wilson combat mags (7round), titanium firing pin, 24# recoil spring (2 backups), GI sights
  7. they have it on the website, so apparently someone did it, lol j/k ive done several like that over the years.
  8. the team is over. it was a rather stinky situation..........
  9. just remember to design the enclosure correctly. the sub has a really stiff suspension, and a really strong motor. you will want to make sure you have lots of internal volume, and lots of port area, to let that sub move as freely in the enclosure as possible, and get the air circulating to help cool the coils. you know, just the typical stuff.
  10. just depends. its the same as any other sub. burnt coils, slinky coils, burnt tinsels, all common types of thermal failure. as with any sub, an incorrect enclosure will increase the risk of thermal failure. but the solo-x in itself, is not any more prone to thermal failure than any other sub.
  11. of all the testing ive done with the new ones, the only way the hold power better is that the cones wont break in the smaller spl boxes people use in crx's and stuff. it makes no difference as far as thermal failure goes.
  12. pt cruiser. for 2 of them, i would do about 10ft^3. the one in the video is in 6ft^3.
  13. believe me, you dont wanna build the enclosure to specs. the spec boxes hold the sub back so much. for #'s and amps, refer to previous post.
  14. just depends. in my burp box i could do 153 and change on my termlab. right before i sold it i could bass race 149's with it on one kicker kx2500.1. went from that to 2 cvx 15's on the kx2500.1 and was bass racing 151's.
  15. good choice of woofers yes, as long as the enclosure is built properly depends on the enclosure
  16. i ran 3+ to one for over a year, no problems. they are an awesome daily sub.
  17. not always. it depends on the relative location of the dash / kick panel / wave loading.
  18. may want to build your enclosure out of quad wood while your at it. lol
  19. it depends on where he's at, every state is different. some states wont even issue at all, all states have different restrictions on where you can and cant carry, and not all states require you to inform an officer that you have a weapon. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gun_laws_in_t...ates_(by_state)
  20. i wouldnt leave it in the car. its a proven fact that 100% of home invasions happen in the home. so if your getting it for protection, it would make to keep it where ever you are.
  21. this is the correct way to deal with cops next time you get pulled over.
