Yea i suck dealing with aeros.lol thats why i had to ask. I was going with 2 6" but 4" is soo much cheaper, guess it kinda bit me in the ass.

Well I just made my box and by my calculations im tuned to somewhere around 28hz. Can someone double check for me? My box is 5.3 cuft net after sub displacements but I dont know how much my ports displace. I have 3 4" aeros 23" long.(not flared,yet) 17" of each port is in the box. Im also wanting to know how many sq in of port there is per cu ft of the box. Please help ppl. Help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Bassrace

Thanks dude. Its loud but its nothing like some of the systems on here. But ppl that ride with me say they like beat until I turn it up most ppl tell me to turn it down.lol. I will try some weather stripping and see what happens but I doubt it will be like this much longer(gonna seal it back off).

Haha thanks dude. Im trying to get a new design made up with aeros like you mentioned. Im gonna port through my 6by9s and face the subs through the back seat openings and seal it off. Maybe that 146.xx isnt real far away....lol j/k but I am shootin for some good #s maybe after i double my power it will happen..who knows Lol O ok, you wanna side with the guy that didnt so shit for you, and had no clue what he was talking about. This is just temporary though so I will prob just seal it back off for right now until I build my new box.. The box is big and the ports only bout 5-6" from the trunk lid so that prob has alot to do w/ it.

Yea I know what blown bulbs look like its not a short. theyre rattleing and breaking. My taillight cracked from the inside yesterday while I was metering or on the way home, maybe from the light comming out of the socket and hitting it.? But i have deadened the whole trunk lid except for over the lights on the inside B/C it just isnt practical i need to change the bulbs if they blow, but if its the only thing that will work....

Well Im running 2 HDC3 12"s and theyre facing my trunk now instead of being sealed off. I took my box out to make a new trunk floor and didnt want to seal it back off till i make me new box design. So i just put the subs towards the back of the car for now(this was yesterday). Well my back tailight has multiple cracks in it now(from the music) and 4 tailights went out along with a lisence plate light. Any ideas on how to stop these lights from blowing? I replaced them earlier and they blew again after I cranked the beat up and 2 came outta the socket that holds them I put them back in and all but 1 were blew again. I dont have $$ to spend on all these lights it should go to a new amp so anyone had a similar prob? What should I do?
