  1. Just set with about 100$ for each because thats what we have into our lv 5 18"s right now. If we get money back, we'll be spending at most 1200$ for whatever set.
  2. Maliboom, let us know man
  3. A shitload... Depends what wood your using. Double up each side if using mdf, get some allthread that goes top to bottom, depth wise, and width wise if you can. If using birch, just double baffle and then do as I said for the rest of mdf And I'd lay a little bit of glass inside too, atleast a few layers in all corners. Too much bracing never hurts, if ou have the space
  4. I'm in the same boat man. If parts get delayed again, I'm going with Fi most likely.
  5. You know what they say about guys with big feet, ha? They wear big socks
  6. And for aeros, you'll want the end of the aero atleast 5 inches away from the wall it's facing on the inside.
  7. Dc XL 15" and a Crescendo BC2000. Shouldn't come out to more than 800$.
  8. Nope gotta use more or bigger aeros. Why not port through the side?
  9. Lol. We did something like that with three tied together in separate containers, first one went off, knocked second one down pointing at us, and third one ignited on the ground. My gf almost pissed herself
  10. At first, I was like WTF is going on, but I couldn't finish that thought because of the pretty lights
  11. What size sub? And I dot have an S10, but I have a similar sized truck and I have had a few setups in it.
  12. I get bored with te same stuff for too long. Shit, I had my 3515 and dc2k running for under a month before I decided that I wanted louder.
  13. I plan to run 100 rms each to my lvl 5 18"s in august until I can afford a crescendo bc3500 just get the lvl 5 and be done with it. You'll have room to upgrade later, and it takes a beating.
  14. Exactly. And IMO, spending 600 for a year of enjoyment isnt that bad of a deal. Big 3 and an XS d3400 will be fine for the AQ2200, but anything bigger and you'll want to upgrade your alt. I'd go with the lvl 5 dude, it can handle over 5 times the power an SA12 can, and it'll only cost about 200 more than two SA 12s, and you'll be albe to upgrade amp later.
  15. Even though you said you have 18 cubes to work with, I'm still doubting that you can fit 4 15"s, atleast in the right sized box. What's your dimensions?
  16. A symbol. I've only ever prestiged 3 or 4 times out of the 15+ accounts I have/had for Xbl. On my current account, on cod4, I haven't prestige once and could have been a 10th by now, with higher score than most of my friends and 1/4 of the time played. Woohoo.
  17. If that's possible, that would be good. I know I didn't have enough depth in my wall to do an interchangeable slot port so we're going with aeros. But if you can fit an interchangeable port, you can make one for daily tuned to 30-32 hz and one around 45-50 for meter.
  18. 32 hz low enough for some badass flex and hairtricks, and not too low that's it's a one note wonder
  19. Before you manke a decision, let someone with alot more expirience chime in OP. I just suggested the clamshell because I thought it would be awesome I'm doing an aeroported wall with 2 18"s in my truck.
  20. A clamshell would definitely be the most challenging to design, but it would be the beat IMO if done right. Good luck, can't wait to see how it turns out
  21. Don't make a thread wanting to buy a solo x and then 10 comments in, change your mind.
  22. Not sure how the SA-12"s will take 1100 rms each, but that's just cause I've never ran em. But OP, like he said, you would need two d4 ohm subs to get a 1 ohm load.
  23. What is the voicecoil configuration on the subs though? We might have to find an amp that puts it's power at 2 ohms if you have 2 dvc 2 ohm subs.
