question here... Do you want higher or lower fequencys in SPL comps.. I've never competed or ever thought about it till a guy at a shop told me I should today.. Thank all of you for your input as well and bearing with me.

The port in it right now is tuned to about 35-36hz. My question is if you add port you can tune it to like 50hz for comps? is that the best frequency?

Wow I may come out lookin like a total idiot here. So if I add to the port it'll make it tuned higher? I was wanting to go from like 36 to like 50 some htz

I was wondering if I could get your opinoin on if you guys think this would work. I was wanting to be able to have a port that would sound good for daily listening to the subs and then I wanted to be able to add a section to raise the hertz. Its basically just a PVC thats flared at one end and the other end is sleved where it can slide in my other port. So what Frequency should I tune box for SPL? I have a Ext-cab f150. Here you can see the port Ill be sliding it into.

Well I saw in one of Steve's builds where he got a sticker that is kind od like a etching. I figured I'd get one of those that is the L7 logo. Wouldnt white paint be the most reflective paint to use?

Did it look pretty awesome? Would painting the inside be the best?

Yeah I accounted for it when I was running the numbers. So this port will act like a port to both subs and wont over exert the sub closer to the port opening will it? did you freind put LEDS inside his box by chance?

Hello all, I am thinking about building a new box for my L7 12s. I have the factory kicker box right now but I am thinkin I want somethin more flashy. I would like to build a box with one port like the one below but I do not know how to figure the airspace and how to tune it for two subs instead of one? I dont know if I am explaining this very well but any help would be appreciated. Also what should I tune my port to? 30-35 hz? Thanks.
