So I recently bought a RE audio REX12D4 and its in a Atrend Prefab ported box and it sounds like shit.. So I wanna build a box that sounds shockingly loud for the 150rms its running off of. So I have a basis and I wanted to get you guys oppioins on it. So the box is 18"x16"x12" and thats 1.45378. So I want a port tuned at about 35hz and thats 1.5"x14.5"x29"... Correct? Thanks for the help.

Well my boss said hes long time freinds with Jess from DD and he did some kinda complicated math with the VAS on the woofer spec sheet and says that the woofer would perform fine with around 2.3-2.5 cubes. So now I'm thinking of doing 4 under the window line cause with some fiberglassing and extending the box I can get 10-12 cubes under the window line. So now he is wanting to do them in a bandpass box. Even if I don't do a bandpass I'll be doing 4 of the 2515s. I'm just going off his numbers and box designs guys. Hes sponsoring me.

I would do 4 but I only can get around 7.5 cubes under the window line in my truck so I don't think they would have enough airspace. I would really like to do DDs but I hear that they don't have a warranty so that kinda scares me. I was also wondering if I should do 3515s instead of 2515s.. Also about the no one liking DD.. No liked kicker either

So I'm planning my new system and after talking to my boss about him sponsoring me this year he has changed my mind about running sundown.. So I was thinking 3 DD 2515s on a cresendo or AQ 3500.1... What do you think?
