    Are the bulbs high /low combo? I had H4 hi/lows and the highs wouldn't always switch on because of their design. Electromagnetic sliding type.

    From experience, those little built in crossover s can blow up if too much low frequency power is sent to them.

    Is your amp 1 ohm stable? 4 SVC 4ohm speakers wired parallel results in a 1 ohm load.

    I believe Wattage is equally distributed to all the speakers on that channel. You might over power the 100 rms woofers and burn the coils. .
