smells like clipping and blown amps soon? The bass boost isn't up is it? You really need to turn the gains down and get more electrical. On my atomic 3k I bearly have to turn the gain up using 0db tones on my DD-1.

that's a good bit of power at the wheels for sure. I don't think people will really grasp how much power that really is, a twin clutch tranny like that and IRS is going to have a good bit of drive train loss. Sick numbers steve. Wish I could see this beauty in person -

time to beef up the electrical

It's pretty much my plan, ust seeing if anyone else has bright ideas lol. -
Well ladies, its time to add some more batteries. I'm plan on going from 1 AT3000.1, to two Current electrical is a 230 amp alt, stinger SPP1200 under the hood, and an HC2000 in the trunk with 4 runs of 0ga Full tilt daily I might see 14v flat as long as I keep it revved lol. Lowest I saw it drop while metering, was 13.5 but I let of the gas... But it seemed to stay at 13.8 or higher after a long burp staying revved. So I have options for batteries mainly, just adding a second to the rear. I'm considering a D3100 since its about the biggest I can get (max cubic inches is 800 per batt in usaci) and is extremely powerful. I was considering a SK-BT140, but it comes out to 1000cubic inches. So two questions, could I get away with just adding a D3100? Or is there a better battery under 800 cubic inches. I'd rather not get rid of the kinetik yet. I do not plan on going full tilt daily as my 12s on the single 3k are pretty loud full tilt also I will be running the amps @1ohm each. Might try to trade for a saz4500, not looking good though.

Product I'm looking for: Atomic AT3000.1d Budget: 450 shipped depending on conditions Condition: Working is all. I don't care if its rainbow colored, as the terminals work and it plays. Time Frame (if applicable): Yesterday. Also, I am willing to trade my AT3000.1 for a bigger amp. Min of 5500rms to 7k and I will add cash. Not interested in other amps unless they put out more.

148.5 stock trunk

how is that average for a none walled trunk? because a lot of times the outlaw and sealed scores are 3db apart. so your 148 becomes a 145. i would bet you wont be over a 146. and im not saying that sucks. its just more accurate. how is it more accurate??? That statement makes no sense, both scores are on a TL. because science must comply to a standard. if one subwoofer company advertised efficiency from 1 foot away instead of 1 meter, like everyone else, that would be misleading and inaccurate wouldnt it? that was even stupider then your first statement. How an org meters has nothing to do with science and there is NO standard since you have multiple orgs that meter different ways. Just quit hatin cuz the kid posted up an outlaw score. I don't meter my set up sealed since it likes to break windshields, so my score isn't scientific or accurate I guess LOL ya, how many times has someone said to get a "legal" score in this thread alone? im saying the same shit everyone else has been saying on this forum for years. "legal" is the standard in which we compare. I never insulted the OP at all. I didnt hate. I was nice. we wee just talking. then you run in here being an ass hole. you're hating! Just admit it! JK lol. IDGAF, I'm happy with the score as is, but I want more..... -

I'll try to get more scores this weekend but my tone generator is being homosexual. If I wasn't saving up for SBN I'd go to the show up there, I just can't swing it. Gotta remember I'm 3hrs from Jackson -

There's nothing misleading or inaccurate about this. It clearly states in the first post how it was done. Why would being sealed up be more accurate? Its just a different meathod of metering. How many people demo their cars sealed up? I can't think of any. And in all honesty kick or dash are retarded ways to meter IMO, no puts their head on the dash or in the kick, when listening to their system. So the real question should be what it is at the headrest. Since that's what counts right? The accuracy of the meter remains the same, just different methods are used.
