I've used Vht on about 10 different cars, brake and head lights. Wet sand with 1500 grit, tape off whatever you don't want to tint. 1-3 coats( 3 or more will be really dark and illegal in certain states). Wet sand with 2000 grit and buff with rubbing compound. Takes about 30 mins. Would suggest though after they dry from the paint, let cure for 24 hours before you wetsand and buff. Had better results for me. And the last wetsand and buff is not nessecary if you don't want to, just makes it smoother and glossier IMO.

I've been wanting to seal my doors, but don't know the process. So far all my doors have a layer of damplifier pro in them. They also have a factory plastic cover that's garbage in my opinion. Have a lot damplifier pro left, so I want to know and maybe see visually how to properly seal the doors. Vehicle is a 2001 chevy tahoe. Also would I need to deaden the panels before I put them on? Is this beneficial or overkill? What is a good material to use? Thinking about using the rest of the damplifier pro then ordering some alpha damp. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Have one of those too called simple sine. I use it for sweeps and pin pointing peaks and dead spots in my system. figured out with one 15, my vehicle resonates best around 26 hertz. 2001 chevy Tahoe. So I use the amazing slow downer to put sounds in that range.

X2 on that.

Thought I would share this. App is called amazing slow downer. It allows you to slow down or speed up and change pitch of any song. You also can save the songs after you tweaked them. Have found it to be very useful.

If someone has a mojo they want to sell, then let me know. I sold him the one I had cause I couldn't find any more. I wanted to run 4, but no luck on finding the quad vc anywhere. I just happen to come across a dude selling it and didn't know what he had. Paid $100 for it. Although its not probable, I'm sure it could work. Setting the crossovers to were the 12's cutoff the 15 picks up. He wants the show factor of what it will look like, and it seems like a challenge to me. But to each his own, I'll let him now the new knowledge that has been bestowed upon me and take it from there. Thanks for the input.

So a friend of mine wants me to build a box for his ram truck consisting of a Memphis mojo quad 15"( which I sold him) and 2 kicker cvr 12's. Why? Don't know, but he insists on it. So the design I came up with( and have never built a box like this) was a three chamber box with the mojo getting the most airspace. Overall box size is 18 cubes. Any ideals or suggestions appreciated. Plan on glassing the top too( if possible with this 80lb sub.) Me- I have recently started building enclosures for person use, and now my friends want me to do it for them. I have some knowledge but mainly go off of what I have seen othe
