Cool I've been paying for a gym membership that I no longer go to because I live 2 hours from because their employees can't seem to take me off the billing... You legitimately have one job please do it

Somehow I don't think the employees that work at the gym counter are there to only worry about billing issues...How about trying something other than counter employees to cancel your membership?

some gyms use a third party for billing. Check your billing statement and call thme directly if thats the case here. Also, often they require some proof of the new address, has this been provided? Assuming you had some type of contract.

I've left a message at the gym 3 times. I live an hour away now and can't make it during staffed hours because of school. Also left a message with the owner last night and messaged an employee to take me off the billing. She is the one that put me on the billing so I assume she can remove me
