Sounds like someone needs some dick......you are a bitch right? The only dick I need is mine, pulled out of your mouth. Quit trying to suck it when I'm in bed asleep, faggot. I fully understand the forum mob mentality, but being chased down by a band of cocksuckers is something I'm not at all used to. I guess I should have known with all the flashing lights around here as well as all the bright colors. -

That's a bunch of bill having to by a special gam charger just so you can charge it up before dropping it in. I don't have to charge up a fucking autozone battery before I install it. -

I was coming here to post the very same thing because I got mine in the mail as well. I will be getting a D3400 as a second battery. I have a question though, is audio savings an authorized dealer? -
D1200 under the hood.
Firemanes Comin replied to bigmescan's topic in XS Power Batteries / Chargers! (and other stuff too)
I had an 07 F150 with a D3400 under the hood. I did the big 3 kept the stock alt and ran an AQ2200D and a 300w amp for my highs. This worked just fine with no dimming and voltage never dropped below 13. Do it right the first time and you wont have to buy an additional battery for what you are running, and you will save money in the long run. -
Ok. I have a Duralast Gold (DLG-35) under the hood of the above said car. What xs power battery would be ideal to replace that one with? I was looking at the D3400 because I know already first hand that that battery will get some shit done. Also, according to the size specs, it should fit my tray just fine but only be shorter. Only problem is, where the polarity is. I wish you guys made a d3400r, but is this the battery for me?

Haha, am I the only one who got that joke? Is he trying to hook his sub up with mine? -

The actual hole opening is 9 3/4 in the rear deck that the sub sits down in. I could maybe go an inch larger but thats it due to the seat belt mechanisms in the rear deck and the factory amp. -

Also, yes I will be using a double baffle, I just didnt use that option in the program because I'm not sure how accurate it is. I fully plan on the box being 17.25 deep. externally. -

Using the box tuning calculator, I kept forgetting to set the # of common walls to 3. This helps out a lot. -

haha, no it's a sedan. I was looking at the coupes and noticed how small that trunk was. That was pretty much a deal killer for me. -

Yes, I was thinking sub /port back was the way to go. My seats do not fold down. It's solid sheet metal with a few triangular holes here and there. I do have a fold down ski pass though. The amp is a DB Drive pt2000.1d -
Ok, I bought a 12" Death Penalty on the last day of the sale and I am in the design process of the enclosure. My car is an 08 Infiniti G35 with factory Bose/Navi with a 10 inch factory sub in the rear deck. I will be taking the factory sub out in order to allow sound to x-fer to the passenger cabin. The majority of what I've read for trunk cars says, for best results fire sub back and port back. Would I be ok firing the sub face up into the vacant 10" hole, and firing the port back? The dimensions I have for my sub back/port back enclosure is 15.5" H x 31.5w x 16.25 d. This comes out to a final 2.22 cuft 33.48hz with 35 sqin of port. Now, I can adjust the box height up to 17" if I were to fire the sub up, but, I would have to reduce the depth to say 15. Also, I'm a little concerned with port area. I dont want the port area to be too small at 35sqin, but it is an avg of 15.77 per foot. I'm afraid of making the port non linear with the enclosure. But IA suggests an avg box of 2.5cuft with 35sqin of port, so according to them I would be good. I just wanted to hear the opinions of others on this. Thanks for any input guys. P.S. The power I will be running to it is 2300 RMS @ 1ohm/14.4v Will be adding an xs power batt in the back as well.

It's not too hard, I had the same truck in a Screw. When you open the door, it should get louder because you are increasing the size of the enclosure(your Cabin space). Similar to a sub enclosure, where you can actually get a louder response going ported vs sealed. Just don't be riding around with your doors open talkin about how loud you are.lol
