  1. Stretching spandex over the door panel pre-resin...so many wrinkles and it keeps trying to shrink back to its original state. Frustrated lol

      It's a full door panel so it's a good bit bigger than a tshirt even cut in half. I thought I read that spandex would be better due to strechiness. I'm seeing now that it's just a PITA lol. Also that it wouldn't soak up as much resin so I'd use less.

      Would it be okay to leave some wrinkles though and then resin then just lay the chop mat on top of that? I guess I'm having trouble seeing why it *needs* to be wrinkle free
