guys i believe he is saying that if these batts are around alot of heat they wont work as starting batteries, but if you put them in the bed of a truck or in a trunk away from the heat then yes they could be used.

i have 2 of the 2200s and they are great amps. i have a full atomic system and wouldnt trade any of it for the world. talk to george or randy at atomic and they can help you out. great guys. the 2200s are very strong amps and they do what they say. only thing is they are not strapable
