Actually its not, just because its legal for medical or recreation use in some states it is still federally illegal. Even in the legal states owners of grow houses or retail establishments cant even deposit their money into bank accounts because banks want nothing to do with it. The USPS is a government owned company, so mailing illegal items through a post office is a federal crime. federal is illegal.. state its not.. my post was more about him posting other info not something it was already known. the problem is not him getting busted its other things he did yet people keep going back to the weed charges..

Between 30 and 500 grams though? I'm pretty sure most any court would see that as intent to distribute. it ain't the charge that is bringing this on.
