what kinda headunit is it?, imo pioneer can do some good work n has been in the game for a good min so i say score, whats the serial on it? does it play mp3's? and if it has a p in the serial it will work with ipod adapter or thats what it says in the ipod manual

koo, cause some of this shit is hard n to do it professionally is hard to do without a shop, i do my best with what i have, i could work at a shop but he only pays $50 a day n i cant do for that shit when hes only open 3 days a week if hes lucky, kinda why ppl come to me to have work done im fast, clean as i can be but takes time to be perfect, and reliable(means i stand behind what i do and kno n know that it will work as long as it should, only if they dont abuse shit like most ppl do)

well to not start another thread, whats a base line price to install that you guys charge? like headunit = mids n highs = mids n highs amp = wireing = big 3 = subs = sub(s) amp = enclosure = double din dvd w/ gps antenna = xm = digital tv tuner for double din = flip down = headrests = and custom work like fiberglass pods n what knot sry to thread jack stephen but its kinda on topic n would help out a few other ppls to, so if they help a friend or someone they will kno what to charge, i always try to keep stuff as clean as i can, hope my post doesn't get deleted cause ied really want to kno what other ppl charge to do things so i kno i aint gettin fuked on what im doin for ppl

ummm, i thought that would be somewhat of a folded horn? i wanted to try somethin like that befor, put the sub ina sealed box n then port from the front kinda like a slot vent, but would make it hard as hell to change the subs tho, i think thats how most home subs are, kinda like a bandpass, n they acually sound good, my uncle got a sony house stereo(oldschool) that came with a sub unit under the cabnet for the audio gear(reciver,cdchanger,tape) and had a 8'' sub in a bandpass with port in front of woofer, sounded awesome on everything to, and pritty efficent, dunno if its the same consept as his box but worked out fine for them and u kno how those dj pro audio speakers are with the sub at an angle n port comeing from top of sub and around i guess u'ed call that a horn, will this work in car audio or has anyone ever tryed it? i seen a guy do it with a xpolde 12 n it looked like it worked out but had hella port noise

what ya think? this summer if i got the extra moneys ima do subs up ported or sealed with a false floor, and either mount amps on box or floor
