      Its not a holiday. I don't understand why stoners celebrate 4-20, when they smoke all the other days anyway.

      Why celebrate it? There was a smoke out that happened today downtown, and the city got "permits" to let it go on. Someone posted the permit on facebook and spread the word. 468 people got arrested because it turned out to be a sting.
