I need som help ASAP.. I just installed my two crescendo bc3500s today and it is pounding the he'll out of my four American bass hd 15" @2 ohms strapped. I have four kinetic hc2400s , 340 amp mechman alternator... And four runs of 0 gauge , two powers and two grounds, my back batteries are grounded to the frame of the car in the back, there ground to the motor up front. My voltage at idle is about 14.7-14.9 then when reved up 15.3-15.6. My amps didn't cut out they keep playing but every Time I hit a hard bass note my clipping indicator comes on. Wats wrong with my system.

Well I'm going to be running two crescendo bc3500s and I'm running my system with four kinetik hc 2400s in the back one in the front, four runs of 0 gauge, and a 320 amp alternator .

I talk to some high 150 plus guys who said run the grounds to the motor mount , because it's the best ground in the car.

Can anybody help me.????? I'm trying to run two power and two ground runs from front to back. I have a 320 mechman alt for a jeep srt8. Four kinetik hc2400s will be in the back. I was told two run my two power wires straight to the alternator along with my two grounds to the alternator motor mount. I was told to take power 1 and run that two positive on battery 1 and the other positive wire on battery 3. Run ground wire one to battery negative 2 and the other ground wire to battery negative 4. Connect battery 1 and two together positive and negative and then batteries 3 and 4 . Then link batteries 2 and 3 together. I didn't have any room in the trunk cargo area for the batteries so they are sitting on the floor so with this being said that's y I'm linking 2 and 3 together. He also said run a power wire from the alternator to front battery positive. And then take the front battery negative and run to either the frame or the motor mount were the other two grounds are. My thing is y not run the two power wires from the back to the front battery positive and the same with with the negatives.

@crunkjuice thanks man, but yea but for some reason all my boxes I ever had in there are louder when within four inches to the tailgate. See I only have room for two monster batteries or four batteries the same size as a kinetik hc2400, see I have to of those and I'm thinking bout selling those but I was Aldo thinking of just getting two more, so a total of four 2400s @zachadams, I'm going to do a pro charger and headers in June.

I want to no if I run a mechman 320 amp alternator , big three, possibly a xs power under the hood if it will fit , and two xs power d3100s in the back be good for those crescendo's. I no that the crescendo rate there power rating at 13.8 volts. So if Im the 14s I'm guessing it will put out more power. If this combination of batteries and ho alt will work how low of voltage will I see on my meter if I'm at full tilt. Mind you this is for daily

you could not be more wrong! yes there is more cone area but the L7's cant take the beating that fi's can take nor are they even in the same ballpark when it comes to build quality or the fact that L7's dont have recones and are made in chiner land done right the 2 18's WILL MURDER the 4 15's done just ok the sp4's will still kill the L7's Ok guys well let me ask you guys this. As far as the amps go are crescendo amplifiers badass like the reviews say they are. If so you gotta think that cone air does play a major factor sometimes 60in vs 30in

That's wat I was thinking. But you no my Cherokee is a small truck compared to bigger truck trucks . You don't think the 18"s would breathe a lot better

Hello everyone. I own a jeep grand Cherokee srt8 with four Rockford fosgate p3 15"s and two 1500.1 Rockford class d amp. I currently hit a 150.9 with this current setup. I'am looking for a more meaner system. I need help deciding wat will Give me more spl in my truck between four kicker l7 15"s and one crescendo audio bc5500 or two fi sp4 18"s and Two crescendo bc3500's. I have roughly about 13 to 14 cubic ft of airspace to play with.. Can anybody help me out.
