thatd be correct but as far as the number of fans to use thats up to you youll just have to trial and error how many you need

like i said before i have'nt used relays all that much so i didnt give advice on what i dont know about....also if you look up youll see that someone already corrected me on that....

Fixed so he don't fry shit. But the fan won't do much if there is no cool air being supplied to the area. All the fan will do is blow the hot air around once the amp gets warm and the rear is closed up. Just run some kinda flex hose from a rear AC vent and have it be dedicated to cooling the amp. true i didnt take into acount that it will be sealed up and idk never messed with relays to much and all the remote is doing (by my understanding) is providing a 12v reference signal telling the amp to turn on therefore the remote would still provide the refence signal but would also be providing the fan its 12v power

the easiest way to power the fans that ive seen is simply tap into the amps remote

how much are you going to want for one of these bauties?

sorry bro but its pretty obvious in this pic that its wired parallel. safe to assume the other negative goes to the negative coil on the right side in the pic. hes probably running a dual 2 ohm so hes getting 1 ohm at the amp true. It is in parallel. Its a dark box, its hard to see the wires clearly. hey man looks great but just curious why you didnt put the joint on the right side next to the wire entry instead of the other way around dunno. Just did it. Looks just fine this way IMO. yeah looks fine i was just curious btw when those trim piece pics comin

nice dude does the plaster work good or is it just gonna fall/pull apart from all the vibrating and air pressure and everything?

bats old and im fairly possitive its bad cuz itll hold a charge enough to start up to 4 hours no idea bout 5,6 or 7 but at 8 hours it doesnt have enough chrage to start itself im thinking the alt is good though because of this other vid i have from the other day showing for the first time EVER the voltage dropping and jumping right back up you dont need sound for this one

thought i was on a different thread sorry...but yeah its there just not as subtle...it could compete with the engine rumble

hey yall i just got done taking the battery out (i know the battery is fucked cuz it keeps enough charge to start itself for only 4 hours) but my brother in law insisted on having the battery and alternator both tested well i got them both out and decided to spin the alternator for the hell of it and i heard a sound coming from it... now i am a shadetree mechanic and i have gone to school for automotive tech but im no expert when it comes to alternators so could yall please let me know what yall think? thanks yall

damn dude have you tried spraying the inside of the lid with deadener?

i think its personal preference but try it if you like it keep it if not put it back how it was you know?
