I will probably paint it. I actually had to remove my trunk carpet just to even fit the box in, it's seriously crammed in there. Don't think wrapping it will let me put it back in.

Spent a whole 7 hours inching along in the process taking it slow and being careful as possible, haha. I think it turned out pretty alright. Pretty proud of myself. Pics: Had to use moms van to get the sheet from Lowe's, haha. Didn't have a circle jig, this worked perfectly. Everything installed This new box really brought the life out of the sub, my old box pales in comparison to this one. The fit was incredibly tight, almost didn't make it in. Haha!

The Skars are good, get really low I hear. Idk how they are with going over rated power though. The Sundowns can take 1500rms daily if electrical and box are sufficient. Signal needs to be clip-free as well. As for the Skars, I'm not sure how they do. But both Sundown and Skar are fantastic. Can't go wrong with either.

Test the resistance of your prongs first, touch them together and see what the ohm reading comes out to. Then measure the subs normally and subtract that number from the ohm reading of the subs and you'll get the correct reading.
