X2! What's the brand of that changer? You should be able to get an adapter for that changer to use with the HU, if the HU can accept a changer connection! Also maybe a FM modulator!

I haven't heard a lvl 4, but have owned Qs, BLs, and Havocs. The havoc would be my choice, sound just as good as the Qs, but get louder and look better. 4 15" havocs on that T40001bd would be nasty. I may also suggest a box that's sub up, port up. It worked better for me!

From my experience, sub up, port up would work best in your explorer!! Build a box just like my current one, but just alittle smaller, like 11cu/ft tuned to 30-32hz and you'll love it!!
