Red Top under the hood and 2 Kinetik HC600s under my rear seat along with a 200 amp alt. 2 runs of 0 gauge to the back. It's ok but still need alittle more. Gone replace that red top and get a HC1800. That should do it!

Yes, you do have torsion bars. They don't make lowering kits for those model explorers. All you have to do is unscrew your torsion bar bolts, one on each side located right under the doors, to lower the front and use blocks to lower the rear. I have the same explo-sport that you have in those pics, 1998 though. 24s will not fit unless you raise your truck up or do some mods. I would do the 22s, especially if you plan on lowering it. I got 20's and mine is lowered 3" in the front. They scrub only if I turn to hard to the left. I plan on getting 22s soon myself!!! Here's some before and after drop pics of mine Before After

I was wondering this same thing months ago. I went with 2 t10001bds instead, but I had to upgrade my electrical system some more due to having 2 amps. 1 amp is better on your electrical system so if I was you, I would go with the T20001bd. Check out ebay, High Desert Audio (HDA) has a refurb on there for around $600 shipped. I know you can get the zx1000.1s cheaper, but you would get more power out of that T20001bd, and less strain on the electrics.
