Hey, I got metered today at the local comp, on a new TL, i hit a 134.8, i know, its not much but considering i am only running a 500wrms amp, and 2 10'' clarion pxw subs, at around 43Hz... i am stepping up my system mad this summer, the guy that hit the highest today only hit 151, which is high but iu know with a lil work i can hit higher... he had to powerbass amps hooked to one 15'' RE MT.... What you guys think???

a switch on the side, i know my clarion can play with subs wired to one ohm but when i turn it up it shits out on me, so there is a switch with 1ohm/or 2ohm-4ohm, and if i switch it to the 1ohm option it plays fine, i dunno i am just thinking of what could possibly be wrong... i know hifonics was underrated but i thought they did ok at 1ohm stable/....

i would double check the subs with a voltmeter to make sure its at 1ohm, and there is no switch or anything to make sure its playing at 1ohm stable??

how many ohms is the subs running at, i know with my clarion i had to switch them from a parralel 2ohm becasue when i tested them on a voltmeter they were actually belkow 2 ohms, mightbe worth a try, it saound sliek the same problem i had... worht a shot??
