yes it comes up as a removible device and it accepts all media types

i just cant put the videos on my zune library (software) for me to even put it on the device

im running XP

tryed that already and it's still not working ???

just picked up a 30 gigabyte zune and i was wondering if anyone knows how to put videos on it i have tried with the program they offer you but its still not working ??????? any help would be greatly appreciated
