Honestly you would be surprised. But the best way to learn is from experience so just build it and if you like it, sweet! If not, back to drawing board to get more exact answers! -

Ah! So close!! You want to have a port ratio no greater than 1:8. But other than that its good. There is always at least one variable that makes a box hard to design. And this time it happens to be port ratio and port area per cubic foot try to stay around 13 +-1. That's when it's difficult. Anyways good luck! And happy designing! -

yes. most sq guys shoot for about a 29Hz tuning spl guys shoot for the peak of the car(usually between 42 and 60). from my experience with this sub and what you want i would go with 35Hz also. -

here is my suggestion. box internal net volume of .75 port height 7 in port width of 2 in port length of 37.8 in if its not possible to squeeze this in your max dimensions i will design a different with an aeroport. just let me know! -

Are those the max dimensions you have? -
i can't lie, it is a little more expensive, but worth it when you see the difference. The main people that will see and enjoy the HELL out of the difference are people who have used the other stuff a lot.i still have the same brush, AND cup (with 1/2 quart) in it sitting in the shop and i used it 2 weeks ago. As long as the sun don't hit it, it will stay fresh. You got me sold! Defiantly worth a try, I'm gonna buy it mainly because of this south alabama heat!
