  1. At least 300 watts @ 2 ohms My little NVX is rated at 300 watts @ 2 ohms, but dyno's much higher
  2. Trying to keep it around $100 bucks, but more importantly, the footprint must be small. The old NVX I have is perfect as it dyno's much higher than its rating and fits neatly under the seat which constantly moves back and forth everytime I get in. Found an open box MB Quart on Amazon for $50 bucks, but would still like to see a dyno sheet on it Also looking at a HiFonics Thor as it looks pretty good sizewise and can be had for around $75 bucks new, but I only see peak numbers in the specs and haven't been able to find a dyno vid on it * 250 Watts Peak x 4 @ 4 ohms • 500 Watts Peak x 4 @ 2 ohms • Total Peak Power: 500 Watts • Built to withstand various elements •Variable Bass Boost • Aluminum Heatsink • 3.7" L x 5.51" W x 1.77 " H
  3. SD looks good on size and specs, but also a bit spendy at 3 times the price of the others
  4. Anyone here use one of these tiny amps? • 200 Watts RMS x 1 @ 4 ohms • 400 Watts RMS x 1 @ 2 ohms • Total Peak Power: 400 Watts • Marine and Powersports Certified • Built-In Low-Pass and Subsonic Filters • 0 - +12 Bass Boost • Aluminum Heatsink • Dimensions: 3.7" W x 5.51" L x 1.77" RMS and Peak ratings don't make sense (dyno sheet would be nice), but the reviews seem pretty decent. I love tiny efficient amps that put out big power I have an NVX MVPA1 pushing a JBL 12 in my daily beater and absolutely love it, but they're no longer available, so I'm looking into other similar options
  5. 40 Watt Sparkomatic Booster pushing a pair of RF Series-1 10's in a plywood box that was nailed together without glue lol I was 12 at the time and put it in my Grandfather''s Toyota Corona (which he later gave to me) I soon graduated to the best Flea Market garbage audio I could afford while working at my mom's ice cream store 😵
  6. First demo of a real SPL system was Doug Denardin's 94 S10 (Slayer 2) His setup was ever changing, but I think he had 12 15's at the time I had heard his old Nissan pickup (Slayer), but it was the S10 that I got an actual shot gun demo in the parking lot of Florida Auto Sound and Security in Longwood
  7. You can get a mobile DVR and color night vision camera for less than $200 bucks easy Set it to record by motion and you're good to go I currently have a switched 5 camera system that runs 24/7 and records by motion and plan on adding another 4 channel DVR Cheap wide angle EBay cameras work fine and it doubles as security for my house or shop when I park out front and have the cams in their direction
