  1. check your grounds. 1. Make sure your amp is grounded to bare metal with the same gauge as positive. 2. don't run interconnects, patch cable, rca (whatever you want to call them) next to power cables 3. Reinforce the ground from the cd player. 4. Do the big three.
  2. if done well a nice ass system will improve the value and comfort of the vehicle. Don't be influenced by the dweebs, nerds and old timers who are usually driving expesnive rides. make it your own. I would suspect the people who would say that can barely afford the car payment let alone upgrades. Show 'em wassup
  3. bracing. Keeps the enclosure from flexing
  4. can i get that wit miracle whip option or should I stay with just mayo
  5. lol Chuck Norris? Did you know Chuck Norris can eat a Rubix cube and shit it out solved!!!
  6. sunny all week while working....rains during the weekend when off FUCK THAT
  7. What is the mounting depth and displacement on the 15" with the third magnet option? My other question, if the BTL can handle waaaayyy more then rated power how about the BL? With cooling can I get away with 2500 rms per sub or will it shread it?
  8. BTW, I got metered on Saturday. not on a new Termlab, it was some type of stand alone testing equipment, not hooked to a computer, dark grey with purple writing (don't remember the name) the shop owner assured me it was accurate but anyways I did hit 146.9 at the windshield. I'm gonna try to track down someone with the new Termlab and get something accurate before changing my setup. Still I was pretty happy considering I'm only using about 1400 rms with just 3 ten's in the bigass Tahoe. Will probably change the amp before next test but not the subs and enclosure until I know what I'm hitting now.
  9. an upgrade is always a good decision. If it was my choice between the two I would go with the 750 and just take it easy on the gains and volume. A little extra power is better then a little less power IMHO
  10. As close as I can get to a bird's nest Amp from one side Amp from the other side Wow, what a big HUUGe difference. This thing kicks ass. My front stage can now hang with my subs!! Now I want the 5004 to run my fronts and use this one for my rears! rofl I always want more rofl! Just don't know where to fit it. have to lower my amp rack to keep the seat from hitting. Also will probably have to make a rack that goes all the way from one side to the other instead of just the 60 side.
  11. 4 bills out the door. with the hook-up on future purchases of MOJO4000 (big echo voice over)
  12. after way toooo much consideration I decided to go with Memphis for my amps. Found a local dealer with great deals and full 2 yr warranty got this up for my front stage. will install today
  13. great vid! It looks like the new steering wheel is flexin' lol
  14. I'll be paying close attention to your wall build. Have some ideas on how I want to do mine but will be a learning experience. I plan on startin my wall in June after I do my girl's system. Yours will be way bigger. Mine is mostly so I can keep my cargo room and still gross 8ft3, only 2x 15's. What are you using for power on the 18's?
  15. here is a quick vid, not much. Will meter this in two weeks then start changing my setup.
  16. no answers You said you built a box and it didn't sound good. Did you follow the specs by Pioneer? How did it not sound good. Not enough bass? Bad SQ? what amps are you using.
