why i like DC..... i had been running RF since the Series 1 days. amps and subs back in 92. when I get to world finals level with my ALL fosgate car, that I paid for all the equipment, I blew a T2 two weeks before the show. I rushed the sub back to RF and wait patiently for the new one. (I had been in contact with them letting them know the seriousness) With 2 days left, I call agin and they hadnt even processed it yet, but they were looking at it on the shelf. I get hooked up with Rusty,, He builds me 2 subs that were equal to the power of the T2. and I have them the next day still wet. I put them in the car and the sound quality of his speakers were better IMO than the T2 and also a little louder. FOR HALF THE $$$. also at that first wf on the west coast, he brought enough spares for each compettiter if they blew one during the meet. Rusty always has time to talk to all customers, or people just looking, and feels more like a friend or close relative than a business owner. emails get answered timely. and product so far has held a good reputation for performing as advertised or superior. Because of this type of reputation I will stay with DC till any of those pros become cons. I will also be trying his amps out this year. To see if they can really deliver for me. __---Yes there may be cheaper out there or more powerful, maybe even more reliable? but what manufacturer has all 3. including the customer service? Thank you Rusty for the last 4 1/2 years.

im headed out to arkansas driving the I40 the whole way from california. im looking to maybe bring a rifle back with me. I like long distance bolt action style shooting. something accurate at least 300yrds. 500 would be great. i want a good scope etc, 30-30, 308, maybe even the right 223, and definately not something that has been introduced to DOJ. so if someone has something affordable laying around and you are on my way???? send me an email with the price description and picture. get a regulated power supply and batteries. no risk of going over 14 volts. a battery charger can and will if left on. power supplies are what are used in stereo shops for the displays and are on 24/7. the bigger the better. I use a 90 amp supply as a trickle charger for my vehicals just to maintain them or at show between runs etc.

1/0 2/0 or 3/0 welding wire
jack replied to corteznewbie's topic in Electrical-battery- Alternators- Wiring
if you are at a welding supply retailer they will have lugs for any size wire they carry. useally up to 4/0. but do yourself a favor and ask if they have them in bulk on the back shelves. cost less than the little 1 or 2 packs that are on the racks up front. also get a 2lb spool of solder. those lugs hold alot. -

thanks to all...i'm actually typing from the hospital now. i was home for less than 2 weeks after the surgery and had to go to the emergency room sat morning because of lung pain. tests located a blood clot in my lungs, so now it will be a week of shots. weekly blood checks and pills for 6 months. re check to see if it went away. as for the neck....that was part of the original injury it was just a pain that went away so we only focused on the back. well after the surgery i had nueropothy in my left arm from my elbow to the fingertips.(extreme pain pins and needles) couldn't even use the hand to hold a piece of paper for 3 days. so they did a cat-scan on my neck and found a buldge on a cervical disc. don't know at this time if we are going o knife that one or not. depends on my comfort level. hope to be in the comfort of my home and family today. -
