Got my 40 pounder of b-stock In today. I weighed it out of curiosity, it weighs in at 44lbs so I got even more for my money. There are 53 sheets, they are all about 20" x 12.5" some being a tiny bit bigger or smaller Mostly damplifier which is cool with me because I get more square footage. You can tell instantly when you get a piece of damp pro, it has a lot more weight to it. And of course the damp rope you guys hooked me up with was also in the box. Already got a couple ideas for experiments to test this stuff on. It is thicker than other butyl rope products I've had and is very sticky. Second Skin Ftw!!!!!!! -

Hey guys! We've been getting some inquiries about a product we used to carry called Firewall. Firewall is a ceramic coating similar to the Spectrum, but rather than block sound it blocks heat using microscopic glass spheres instead of dense materials. This is a product we've seen offered by a few different companies and we wanted to know your opinion. Science says it won't do much for sound insulation as all it can do is add mass to the metal, but maybe it can keep panels from rattling by holding them together, or some other application. Just wondering what those who have used it before have done with it, or what other uses you might be able to think of.
