Do you already have the box built and you're wanting to add external aeros? If not I'd just do a slot port. Aeros just get too long if you're wanting to tune low while using a good amount of port area. And you'd save money with a slot port as well.

Ya its already built or I would have done a slot port. Its in a car and firing into the cabin. I have two holes in my rear deck on eather side of my sub and I thought it would be nice to get two ports aiming threw the holes.

ok 2 6 inch would be about 151 " so thats no going to happen . 1 6 inch is 15 inches with a port area of 28 square inches , but 1 7inch port would be 24 inches long with a port area of 38 square inches , a 7 inch port has more area than 3 4 inch ports , imo i think a 7 might be your best bet
