Can I Wire Mids Like This?

basically 2 different mids, wired in parallel, to the same channel on a 2ch amp.

Front and Rear Left in parallel = channel 1

Front and Rear Right in parallel = channel 2

that way the left side (front and rear) would be in the same channel getting the same sound, and the right side (front and rear) would both be in channel 2.

but my real question is, since the front mids are B&C, and the rears are selenium, can i wire it like this? some say yes, some say no.

im pretty sure you can as ong as there 4 ohms or 8 ohms(dont mix match ohms) but thats how mine were ran,the positive ran to the other speaker positive and the negative ran to the other speaker negative 2 single 4's resulting in a 2ohm load
