Its at least not snap crackle and pop like most straight pipe is. I didn't say I loved the way my truck sounded. IMO Cummin diesels have a funny sound to them. Duramaxs don't really have much sound regardless what you do to them. 6.0Powerstroke is all turbo whistle. I do think the exhaust I got is one of the better diesel sounding exhaust. But mostly all diesel mufflers sound similar. Same motor, different exhaust. None really sound totally like shit.
