oh would you recommend this? because i was also thinking of getting 2 1,600 watt hifonics amp for the alpines,so i don't know if getting that will be good or will it just be better to get the orion amp.

get 2 amps that are strappable so you will get max power at 2 ohms ( one ohm load each amp)

what amps would you recommend for that?

well first of all if your plannin on running around or over 3000 rms what type of electrical upgrades have you done or are you doing?

Before you go buying up a bunch of stuff you should browse this forum for a little bit and look at what people do as far as electrical upgrades and whats needed to sufficiently run certian amounts of power without potentially frying amps or hurting your vehicles electrical. This forum has so much information on it if your willing to do a little bit of reading it will go a LOOONG way. Depending on your cars stock alternator specs to run 2000 rms you can get away with just adding a nice big battery in addition to the battery under your hood and be fine, but you will want to do the big 3.

If your looking around 2000 rms I would look into the audioque 1200s they do 1200 rms at 14 volts with 2 of them strapped at 2 ohms you should see just over 2000 watts from them with good voltage

and they can be had for very good prices
