If it were me Id do it and say well I have all the stuff now its too late may as well use it! No, but for real if she wont let you do it shes just being a typical mom. She probly has her reasons and she aint gonna let you change her mind. Best thing i can say is buy the car from her get the title in ur name then she cant tell you what to do with ur car. then again she could be ruthless and say well if you have money to do that, u have money to buy ur own place lol.
