Are there any codes stored in the computer? Sounds like it could be a TPS sensor.But you would really need to have it tested before you go and start changing parts and guessing.

The MAF went out about a month ago and i just replaced the plugs and air filter, and MAF snesor within the past month. The surging just started occuring today? But no codes on the ODB

My guess would be the distributer because it might be messing with the Ignition timing. That would by my guess. It could also be the camshaft position sensor.
